There are two plans. Plan A, Pay-as-you-go, is ₹1,499 a month + GST, or ₹9,999 a year + GST. Plan B, All-inclusive, is ₹2,999 a month + GST, or ₹19,999 a year + GST.
Plan A has a lower base fee and you pay for what you use: server and storage at ₹150 a month for 5 GB then ₹10 per GB, patient SMS at ₹0.40 each, and video at ₹1.20 a minute. Plan B is one flat fee that includes 25 GB of storage, 500 patient SMS a month and 1,500 video minutes a month, about 75 consultations.

No. All prices are exclusive of GST, which is added to your invoice.

Anything beyond the included storage, SMS or video minutes is charged at Plan A rates.
If you're starting out or consult occasionally, Plan A keeps costs low. As a rough guide, at more than about 55 twenty-minute consultations a month, Plan B usually costs less. Use the calculator on this page to check with your own numbers.
