# Kwikconsult

> Kwikconsult is an online consultation platform for doctors in India. Each doctor gets a personal booking link, a virtual waiting room with video consultations, e-prescriptions with allergy alerts, authenticated prescription PDFs on email or WhatsApp, medicine dispatch with tracking, and earnings with weekly settlements. Plans start at ₹1,499 a month + GST, with 0% platform commission during the beta. Kwikconsult is built by Zartek Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Kochi, Kerala.

Key facts:

- Who it's for: doctors and clinics running routine, non-emergency online consultations; patients book through the doctor's link.
- Onboarding: the Kwikconsult team verifies each doctor, builds the profile and sends a one-click activation link. Doctors sign in with Gmail and a one-time code.
- Pricing: Plan A, Pay-as-you-go, ₹1,499/month or ₹9,999/year + GST, plus usage. Plan B, All-inclusive, ₹2,999/month or ₹19,999/year + GST.
- Commission: 0% platform commission during the beta.
- Patients pay by UPI, card or netbanking. Full refund if cancelled at least 4 hours ahead, if the doctor cancels, or if a technical issue ends the call.
- Calls are not recorded.
- Not for emergencies. In an emergency in India, call 112.
